My polymer clay shawl pins are ideal for fastening a woolly wrap, securing a waterfall cardigan, pinning a knitted scarf in place or embellishing a beanie. Suitable for any garment with a loose knit or weave, they can also be worn as a piece of contemporary jewellery. Even a silk scarf can be pushed through the disc and the pin passed behind it. Due to the diameter of the bamboo, I don’t advise using them with a fine machine knit or woven fabric.
Dimensions: Large disc: 57 mm diameter (2 & 1/4 inches) and 4 mm (1/8 inch) thick.
‘D’ shape pin top: 23 mm (7/8 inch) wide and 5 mm (3/16 inch) thick.
Bamboo pin (excluding decorative disc): 73 mm long ( 2 & 9/10 inch) and 2.75 mm (1/10 inch) wide.
